
Kuan is a Lecturer in Health Services Management with expertise in health services management, AI, information systems, and engineering. He co-led the development of AURA, a Generative AI application for curriculum design at the new Adelaide University. His experience spans digital transformation in higher education, clinical workforce training, and operational health planning. Previously, he managed five health clinics and coordinated large-scale clinical placements at UniSA.
During his secondment at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), he contributed to hospital bed planning and pandemic response strategies. His current focus is on leveraging AI to enhance learning, curriculum design, and workforce readiness in health services.
