Jane Adams

Jane works at Commonwealth Bank in her current role as EGM Human Resources. This role sees her lead the Human Resources team that supports the Bank’s Group CIO across Australia and India – circa 15k employees. She also leads Learning and Skilling across the group.

Her work background has spanned consulting, strategy & transformation and human resources roles across a number of industries. In these roles she has operated as both an advisor and an executive on business and people strategy, designing and achieving transformation and business improvement. She is passionate about transformation and supporting organisations and skilling people get ready for the future of work.
