Nicky Sparshott
Global Chief of Transformation, Unilever
Nicky Sparshott has been the Global Chief of Transformation at Unilever since March 2023, after serving as CEO of Unilever Australia & New Zealand and Global CEO of T2 Tea.
With over 25 years’ experience across FMCG, retail, luxury, and e-commerce, Nicky has worked with top global companies like Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company.
She holds a Master of Business in International Marketing (1998) and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing (1995) from UTS, from which she received the UTS Business School Award in 2022. Nicky credits her UTS education for sparking her curiosity in global business dynamics, leading her to work in diverse markets across the world. A passionate advocate for sustainable business, she has helped Unilever ANZ and T2 achieve Certified B Corp status, driving a triple bottom line that balances profit with social and environmental impact.
Nicky is also a Non-Executive Director on the boards of WWF Australia, Global Sisters, and the Australian Food & Grocery Council, and is a founding member of the B-Team Australasia and Climate Leaders Coalition. The chair of the UTS Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory Board, Nicky is passionate that businesses today must drive sustainable agendas that positively impact both people and the planet and in doing so be a true force for good.
